Visure Requirements supports batch importing existing requirements from Microsoft Word, Excel, or documents in ReqIF format via a plugin. The plugin seamlessly integrates into the toolbars of Word and Excel, allowing users to import requirements simply by following a graphical wizard. Visure Requirements also supports exporting existing requirements into Word and Excel documents in a predefined format.
Visure Requirements enables users to edit and maintain custom or externally imported requirements, and utilizes version control mechanisms to maintain the historical records of the requirements development process. Visure Requirements provides comprehensive functions commonly used in daily requirements management processes, such as editing/modifying, check-in/check-out, filtering, searching, linking, display settings, review, and baselining, offering flexible and convenient usage.
Users can use Visure Requirements' test management feature to create test cases for relevant requirements and manage the execution, results, and maintenance process of test cases. Test cases can be executed manually or automatically via Python scripts. Defects discovered during testing will be managed by Visure Requirements' defect tracking feature or integrated with third-party defect management systems such as JIRA.
For systems with high safety and reliability requirements, such as functional safety and SOTIF, Visure Requirements provides specialized risk management features that support failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA). Users can define and list risks in Visure Requirements based on the risk assessment of the current project, then add associated requirements for each risk. Ultimately, users can clearly see all existing risks, the likelihood and severity of each risk, and which requirements can be used to reduce the severity level of the risk.
Visure Requirements supports change management and impact analysis. Users can initiate change requests, which trigger predefined approval processes. After the change is completed, the check-in history will be fully managed. Any impact on upstream and downstream requirements caused by changes to requirements will also be promptly highlighted in Visure Requirements, allowing users to update and maintain relevant information in a timely manner.
Visure Requirements can automatically create a complete requirements traceability matrix for a project, displaying the relationships between upper-level and lower-level requirements, as well as the relationships between requirements and test cases, defects, changes, risks, and other resources. These traceability relationships can be displayed in their entirety, or you can selectively obtain point-to-point traceability relationships in Visure Requirements.
Visure Requirements supports the creation of multiple reports and dashboards for each project, enabling relevant managers to comprehensively understand the status of requirements, testing conditions, and upstream and downstream traceability relationships. Users can either use the built-in templates in Visure Requirements or customize various report and dashboard styles according to their own needs.
